Privacy
We ask for as little as we can, only to answer your request. We never sell your details.
What we collect
When you save a request: your name, WhatsApp number, any note you write, and the pieces and quantities you chose. For project inquiries, also the project type, location, area and, if you give them, your company and timing.
Why
Only to reply to you, prepare a quotation, and arrange your order. Your request gets a reference number so we can find it quickly.
After your request is saved, we open WhatsApp with a message already written for you. Nothing is sent until you press Send. Messages on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Visits to the website
We count visits anonymously, for example which pages are viewed and whether a visitor came from a QR code at our stand or from Instagram, to improve the site. This does not identify you. [Analytics tool to confirm.]
Who can see it
Only the REFAQ team, through a private, password-protected system. Your data is stored with [hosting provider] in [region].
How long we keep it
